We ordered chemical from them which was sent out promptly, FedEx for some reason broke up the shipment and I only received one of the chemicals I ordered out of 4. I contacted J Racestein after waiting a while for FedEx to ship me the rest of the order. J Racestein immediately sent me the remaining chemicals I ordered. I really appreciate them taking care of us.

i hate to write a negative review before I even get a product but when you convey misleading information repeatedly then I guess it is deserved. I ordered about $135 worth of products to try out the company and was told they would ship out in about a day. When I ordered, I called to ck and they said it would ship out in a day or so. A week later, they said it was in processing. a week later and it was "processing". Sent an email and got a reply that it is going out "tomorrow" (that would be May 31) and on the afternoon of May 31 and again on June 1, the order on shows on their website as still "processing".

Mistakes happen, but informing a customer when things are seriously delayed is normal practice. I needed the product to prep for an event and this poor communication has caused a disappointing outcome.
