It’s gone downhill. It feels like just an AI bot now ?.
"People last"
Lacking all grace.
Even the “head of HR” sounds inhuman.
Ineffectual, robotic and heartless.
They’re only rainbow washing, they don’t care.
It should be about merit, and they don’t even go on that.

I've had an amazing experience, thus far. After graduating from college, the job search proved to be difficult. With Creative Circle, I was recommended positions to apply for and contacted for an interview. My recruiter found the perfect assignment for me. She kept in contact with me after the interview to ensure that I was kept in the loop. I will continue to recommend Creative Circle to others in the future.

I spoke with Stefan at Creative Circle who was extremely helpful and friendly in explaining the process of applying through their company.
As for recruitment and job opportunities, it seems like they have a lot of options but I'm just starting the process so I can't speak to the professionalism of the recruiters yet. If they are anything like my first interaction with their brand, I'd imagine they are professional and polished. Will update here soon.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Miss Desiree recently and I cannot express my appreciation enough. She went above and beyond to help me find the resources I needed and even went as far as to personally get my resume to the team. Her professionalism, empathy, and kindness are unmatched. It was clear from the moment we spoke that she genuinely cared about helping me find the career opportunities I was eager to explore. I cannot thank her enough for her beautiful human soul and for making a difference in my job search journey. I highly recommend her and this company to anyone seeking employment assistance.

It has been a pleasure to work with everyone at Creative Circle! I felt like Katy Burson always had my back. I confided in her about my husband getting COVID, at the same time as my assignment started. That meant he had to self-isolate in a separate room, and I had additional responsibilities. It was just a heads-up. At one point, Katie had to discuss an issue that cropped up. She was able to nip it in the bud. Nicoletta was always pleasant and super helpful. Yes, I highly recommend CC!

Creative Circle has always been thorough with every position and there is no other recruitment company that is as responsive, consistent and reliable as Creative Circle.

The recruiter that I met with was incredibly rude to me when entirely uncalled for. I was kind and professional to her so that fact that she was rude at all reaaallly caught me off guard. She also tried to talk me into me taking a salary that was $20k less than what the average STARTING salary is (0-2 years experience) in the design field that I mentioned I’d be interested in taking work for. This is even though I have a quality portfolio and plenty of experience in the field of design I was interested in. I was absolutely blown away at how unaware she was of what customary pay is today and not even that, but how rude and mean she was about it.
It also became apparent pretty quickly that the function of Creative Circle is to simply repost jobs that are already publicly posted on platforms like LinkedIn. Creative circle just wants to hire run of the mill basic designers for less than they’re worth. I was absolutely SHOOK after my interview at how unprofessional and out of touch their recruiters are.
They do NOT care about working with you to place you into the right fit. They are only trying to fill quick positions for hire regardless of your resume which is another massive issue with Creative Circle. They make you spend all this time to create a user profile with your portfolio, preferences, background, resume, etc. but then don’t even reference that when considering jobs for you. They send irrelevant job postings via email and if you do see a job that you’re remotely interested in, you still have to reapply to every position you’re interested in. What’s the point of reiterating everything? I don’t understand why they make you explain multiple times why you’d be a good fit for a ton of identical positions when they already have that info readily accessible to them with your profile. This company is a waste of time to deal with. All they want is to take on apathetic designers who don't really care so they can underprice you to get you in somewhere at a low salary.
Also, I don’t understand the whole process of applying to work for jobs when you don’t know what company it’s for UNTIL THE INTERVIEW?
