He gets you involved, explains the process and all the variables, and ensures not only that the fit is great but that you yourself are confident in it. It made me realize that understanding your own bike fit is much more valuable than just getting the measurements right. Will be back soon for my follow up!

Went in for a double session (road & cx/gravel bikes) at ACME Katonah this past July. Huge thanks to Colin for making it a super non-intimidating and educational experience. Colin was very patient and thoughtful in learning more about me as a rider and in answering questions I had during the fit. The result is I'm 1000% more comfortable on both bikes, and that became apparent after just a few rides post-fit. Especially on longer rides, I quickly noticed less or no fatigue/pain in areas that would typically start getting sore 60+ miles into a ride.

Yesterday I was on a dirt ride to and from Golden Bridge and my D12 shifting seemed to not be working. I thought it was a battery issue, called the shop and they said they could charge it in Katonah on our lunch break. I'd heard about this bike shop but was blown away when entering. It is the SEXIEST bike shop I've ever seen. Feeling at home with tons of titanium and carbon bikes. Shelves of great merch including Rapha...yes Rapha that I've never seen in a bike shop before. Colin was incredibly helpful and managed to replace my broken derailleur (not D12 issue) during our brief lunch break. For him to even have the part was a miracle but then to get me on the road with my group in a matter of 30 mins was above and beyond. I'll be coming back whenever I can!

Had my first ever bike fit with Colin this week and I can't even begin to express how positive and awesome of an experience it was. ACME offers a premium but invaluable service that has completely changed the way I think about how riding my bike should feel. The fit session is incredibly in-depth, involves sophisticated techniques and technology (all of which Colin does an excellent job of explaining), and leaves no questions unanswered. Most importantly though, ACME's approach comes with none of that bike shop pretentiousness you may be worried about. Throughout the session, Colin was incredibly kind and carried good conversation, leading to an overall great bike fit experience.

After we applied changes to my current bike based on my fit session, I hopped on, started pedaling, and simply laughed out loud. I couldn't believe it. The improvement to my comfort on the bike, the smoothness and efficiency of my pedal stroke was just wild. I've since put in some solid miles and each time I get on the bike it all just clicks a little bit more. I don't know how I rode for so long without going through this process.

We will be applying this same fit session to a new bike that Colin is helping me put together and I couldn't be more confident in that process knowing that the fit-first approach is working its magic here.
