We had Cameo over our apartment for a pasta class with friends (8 total). She was excellent and we all had a blast! Cameo was accommodative for the different food restrictions (dairy free, nut allergy) and came with extra goodies like house made focaccia and vegan date butter for the crew! The class was super interactive and she was incredibly flexible (even made the veggies we bought for the side and they were delicious!). Would love to have Cameo over again!

Cameo is wonderful! We had an amazing time in a private class in our home. She was so easy to work with ahead of the class and came with everything ready to go. We learned great new skills and had a delicious feast today (and so many leftover) we can’t wait to do it again and host classes with our work teams! Thank you! - A & T

We had the most amazing New Years Eve with Allora Pasta! We booked a private pasta making workshop with Cameo at our home with some friends and it was such a blast! It was a last minute booking and Cameo was so professional, responsive and extremely accomodating to our requests. She provided us with a wine pairing list prior to the class. She brought absolutely everything we needed including ingredients, sauces, equipment and even a little take home gift! Cameo was punctual, patient, kind, professional and so increidbly knowledgable about pasta and wine. It was equally as education as fun! We made 3 different types of pasta farfelle, pappardelle and fettuccine and Cameo provided 3 sauces vodka, traditional tomato, and an herby butter sauce. Everything was so delicious and she was so generous with what she provided us! She even included some additional procini pasta she had made for us to try! And she brought us a bottle of Prosecco for NYE! I would highly recommend Allora Pasta and Cameo!

I set up a private Pasta 101 workshop with Cameo, and it was a wonderful night!! She made the night seamless and fun for 15+ novice cookers with her positivity, experience and patience! Not to mention, the pasta came out great! I cannot recommend her classes enough.

I had a fantastic time attending an pasta making event hosted by Allora Pasta Co. & Tend to You inc (a non profit). Cameo made the class so fun, easy to follow and not to mention the food was delicious! I came away with new skills and yummy fresh pasta. I definitely recommend attending a cooking class if you can, or even just visiting her website for a bunch of free recipes.

I've now participated in 2 of Allora Pasta's classes, Intro to Pasta Making and Intro to Stuffed Pasta! Both yielded DELICIOUS results. And unlike some other virtual cooking classes I've taken over the past year, I never once felt rushed, flustered, or confused - Cameo keeps it low-stress, casual, and fun! The best part is that you are sent recipes ahead of time & a recording of your class (if virtual) afterward so that you can try it again & again! Just the other night I handmade orecchiette from the Intro to Pasta Making course, rewatching the zoom lesson video to make sure I got it just right 🙂 My date was quite impressed, and making it together was so fun too! I can't recommend Allora Pasta's classes enough, whether you're taking it it by yourself, with a friend, or for a workshop with your colleagues! (Fair warning, though: finding out that you can make pasta with just a few simple ingredients and no fancy chef's tools may increase your pasta consumption exponentially! 😂🍝🍷)

My family participated in the gnocchi and vodka sauce making workshop. We had an AWESOME experience. The workshop was fun and educational and the results were DELICIOUS. Cameo was so fun, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend any Allora pasta co. classes!

I took a pasta making class which was a fundraiser for Tend To You from Chef Cameo last Friday. It was really fun, and the pasta served for dinner was incredibly delicious!! Highly recommend both supporting Tend to You and Allora Pasta!!
