I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I called their customer service to inquire about heating oil a few months ago and had a few questions I needed answered before placing an order. Instead of addressing my concerns, the representative abruptly hung up on me.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a service that people rely on for essential needs like heating. I expected better communication and basic courtesy. Based on this interaction, I ended up going with Nittany Energy and they were far better; customer service, professionalism, and service time.

They don't tell you a price till the day before so you cant pay when you order. So I called at 10 am to pay the day of and they said they were already there and just passed by because there wasn't a check. I told them when I ordered I'd call to pay it the morning of delivery. Not the first issue I've had with them.

I had a recent tune up . Alex came initially and then came back a week later with Shayne who is more experienced to be double sure. They were very thorough. They took their time to make sure everything was working well.

The most professional, prompt, and friendly oil service we have used. We never have to wait long when we call for a fill. Technicians that have done repairs in our home have been friendly and knowledgeable and fix it right the first time. Their prices are great for services and oil. What’s not to love! I would definitely recommend and do.
