These are the potholes that are all over my court. I have emailed Carol several times. I was told that the they were "just waiting to pick a date" to make the repairs. These have been here for almost a year. The pot holes are consecutive and near a bus stop. Last summer I saw a young girl walking to the bus stop. She fell. Mike Rose is no help either. This is within the constant branch HOA. With winter approaching these are going to be and even bigger Hazzard. I have emailed almost weekly. I begging to think that my neighborhood is being discriminated against. I guess I'll just keep calling and emailing daily.

Terrible place. They do not care about families and will fire you after not being able to train new hires but blaming it on silly rules they have like we're a bunch of children. I'm so disappointed in the way Carol handled training and expected someone with no experience to know what to do. Shame on all of you (except the front desk ladies Maria and the others, were SO much help, thank you!)!!

The worst company I've ever had the misfortune to interact with - truthfully. I attempted to get in contact with our property manager, Mike, beginning September 2023, to simply have a conversation about a walkaround for exterior pressure washing. After months of no responses from the company, I pestered them daily. I finally got through to Mike, who ultimately resorted to an abrasive demeanor, unwilling to hear me out or answer any questions. The company decided to withdraw from the contract with our condo, blaming their continued absence from the site on the fact that they’re a 1-hour drive away. Choosing this company is a mistake and you’ll be better off sticking with whoever you have now. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!

Notification from Conway Mngt was as soon as possible. (Good communications.) What ever happened, Conway Mngt addressed any issues in a timely manner. (I have only one question - when are the Fire Doors going to be reopened Building B, 4th floor.)

I believe management is doing a good job recognizing the large deficiency of dollars in our capital account. Now they have to do something about it.

Very impressed with the insect control spray that was used this year around the outside of the building. I didn’t see any ants.

Called my local HOA to request to plant a tree in my front yard. The lady on the phone was very cordial and was able to send the form over within minutes of me giving her my email address. Filled out form; simple and straightforward. Sent the form to the designated representative and within less than a week the project manager got back to me saying 1) received the form which will receive evaluation, and then a day later 2) it’s been approved. Quick, fast service. As someone completely new to HOA, that was a pretty great experience.
