Lack of communication and customer service. We received a phone call after the doors had been left on the sidewalk to tell us that our doors had been delivered with no attempt to ring our doorbell. All deliveries are sidewalk deliveries, but they did not contact use beforehand to tell us that they were on there way and proceeded to leave after they dropped them on the sidewalk. Doors had gashes and damage throughout and there was no protective material ie wrapped in plastic. If it’s only sidewalk delivery, you need to contact the customer with an ETA for exact delivery. I live on a busy NYC street and the threat of theft and damage is high leaving it on the sidewalk.
