Andy and his team are kind, patient, and professional. Andy is extremely responsive and fair. They all took great care with moving our new wall cabinet from another apartment to ours. Once Andy and team arrived at our building/on our floor with the cabinet, we all realized the length of the cabinet was too high for our hallway ceiling - and it was not going to fit coming out of the elevator and into the hallway. Andy was SO calm and great. He offered to take the item and store it for us, or otherwise help in any way. His team ended up wheeling the cabinet down the street to a cabinetry wood shop - who were able to cut it in half. Andy and his team were all accommodating and understanding throughout all of this. I will only use Andy in the future - and suggest this company to anyone needing a trustworthy moving service!!!

Miller Moving Co is professional, reliable, very responsive, and a great value. I’ve hired Andy and his team twice for moves in Astoria and Manhattan and both times I was very impressed with the care they took in wrapping and moving furniture and ensuring boxes were secure. But they don’t dawdle…they move quickly! Even when at the last minute your building elevator needs servicing just as they arrive for your 3rd floor move out! The crew didn’t miss a beat even with the unexpected loss of the elevator and they got me moved out just as quickly. They were super flexible when I had a last minute date and destination change (they even made 2 stops for me). The crew did a walk through of the apartment with me to make sure they had gotten everything and even helped me carry down the bags that were going in my car. The truck was clean and well-maintained and the crew was courteous, professional, and thoughtful.
