Courtney and Jenn from Moore & Co. were absolutely incredible to work with. They helped plan our wedding at The Belvedere in Baltimore, and we honestly couldn’t have done it without them. Since we live out of state, we were nervous about how everything would come together, but they made the whole process so easy and stress-free. They were super accommodating and handled so many details without needing to check in with us on every little thing (which we really appreciated). They thought of things we wouldn’t have even considered, and their attention to detail was amazing. We’re so grateful to Courtney and Jenn for making our wedding day such a success!

I absolutely loved working with Moore & Co events for a wedding this June in MD. Everything was on time during the wedding day (sometimes even ahead of schedule!) and everyone was happy, the couple, the guests, the vendors.

Can’t recommend them enough! I was a photographer at this wedding, their team cared a lot about my team and the video team making sure we all ate and had a place to charge gear.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were executed professionally. The wedding was SO FUN - even I had fun as a vendor and that’s what the couple was all about - everything about the day reflected their fun personality and their love for all their friends & family. The guests were spoiled ? and had a great experience I’m sure!

I could not have made it through all of the wedding planning, especially the last month, and through my wedding day without Moore & Co. We met with Moore & Co before doing any planning, and chose to do the full planning package. It was a tremendous help to have them suggest vendors and set up meetings, etc. I also had no idea how to put in to words what my photography style or vision for the wedding was and they helped us to do this. When I really realized how much of a help Courtney and the rest of the team were, was the last month of planning. They generated our weekend timeline and coordinated everything with all of our vendors. They guided the rehearsal, coordinated all the last minute printings and such, picked everything up and coordinated getting all of it there and set out. I literally didn’t have to do a thing but make decisions. They also made our wedding weekend an absolute dream and not having to take phone calls or coordinate anything made the day a dream for everyone. I didn’t have to ask anyone to light candles, or show anyone where to put things, or set up a single thing. I literally could not have done it without the whole team at Moore & Co and they were a joy to work with. The experience a wedding planner brings to the whole process is invaluable and I highly recommend hiring Moore & Co!

Kristen Moon coordinated my daughter Taylor's wedding this past weekend at the Heron Room. She was amazing! Kristen made sure all of the little details were taken care of before the wedding. Of course she made sure everything was in its place on the big day and that we all knew what to do and when to do it! Kristen was so much fun, too. We couldn't have done it without her. Jenn Virts was our coordinator, we were lucky to have her day-of and the month before! Any worry, any last minute change, any anything- she was on it. Every little detail Jenn executed perfectly- beyond our wildest dreams! She transformed our ceremony, cocktail & reception space into the most glam rustic dream. We've been married for just over a month and guests are STILL telling us how smooth our wedding ran, how fun it was and how stunningly beautiful it was. My husband and I did not worry about a single thing day of thanks to Jenn. We handed everything off to her in our first meeting and never had to look back! We didn't need to worry about all the vendors, or the timeline or the rehersal- Jenn crushed it all! HIGHLY recommend! We're so glad we hired Moore & Co., we're so very thankful to be apart of the fam & have had such a wonderful experience. Editing this review since our wedding finally happened on 10/2/21. Run, don't walk to book Courtney and Moore and Co for your wedding date. I first spoke to Courtney in 2018 right after getting engaged about our 2020 wedding. I spoke to four different planners, but this team felt so genuine and like the obvious best fit from the get-go. When Courtney and Jenn showed us our "design presentation" PDF of our color palette options and ideas for every aspect of the wedding, we were blown away by how well they completely nailed our vision, even the parts we hadn't yet figured out for ourselves. Especially since our wedding was outside and tented at home, I felt (and my parents felt) so much confidence going into this knowing we had professionals behind the scenes! Courtney and Jenn seamlessly moved our 2020 wedding to 2021 for us almost overnight, and never made us feel like we were old news despite literally years waiting for this date! They were endlessly supportive of our decisions and extremely helpful, and were in pretty much constant communication with us. The most important thing I learned from this whole process that I would want to pass along to future couples is that having a planner doesn't take away "getting to plan" your wedding - I love planning, and at first thought this would be right up my alley and might not need external help. Now I see that a planner takes all of the hardest parts of planning and creates a situation where I had *time* to plan and do the fun stuff like write our ceremony, stuff my own invites, and craft things. Having Courtney and Jenn allowed me to be more present in my own wedding and all the planning leading up to it. Thank you Courtney and Jenn! Now stop reading this and go book them!!
