Got there at 630 am. 1 girl working. Clearly still tired. Ordered 8 plain bagels. I told her they were too dark being kind to say they looked burnt., was told that's how the bagels are. Coffee. Cream cheese. 8 bagels and a egg sandwich 33.00, Friday treat to my coworkers. It was eaten but this is crap. Do I trash the leftovers or salvage burnt bagels?

The variety of bagels and fillings is unbelievable here!!! But what really deserves to be highlighted is its kind and professional employees. Kathylyn treated us just like family. She always has something positive to say and that is an excellent way to start off our morning. Me and my mom are both gluten allergic and she understood exactly what we asked for and needed. Also, the service was super quick and accurate. If you’re looking for a delicious treat where you don’t have to wait until your hair turns gray, this is the place.

A nice little bagel shop with a variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The bagels were light and fluffy. Not bad. The sandwiches were messy to eat so make sure you have a fork.

Very good bagels. I had egg and nova on a poppy bagel with veggie cheese. My brother has egg cheese and pastrami on an everything bagel. He says the pastrami was chewy. Bagel shops up North always have that mom and pop feel. This place not so much felt too commercialized. But overall good bagels.

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast spots in Lake Mary, but in the last few months, I would say that this location has gone significantly downhill. First, the place is always super messy now. The tables are not being cleaned up and that coffee station is a health code violation- I barely want to make my coffee there. Secondly, each of the last three of my orders were placed on the mobile app for pick up at least 30-45 minutes before arriving to the store. Each time I arrived to stand with a group of other customers waiting for their pick up orders- apparently they don’t use the to-go cubbies (which used to be so convenient!!!)- and majority of the time standing there, I’m staring at my order, ready to go on the counter while countless employees walk past me, not one of them offering any assistance. They’ll hardly even look you in the eye. I don’t know if I’ll be back, which is a shame because my husband and I have loved getting breakfast here for years now.

I was searching on Google for a place to get bagels. I came across this place and saw an image of their Pastrami Egg Cheese bagels. It looked really good, so I decided to go. I ordered a Pastrami Egg Cheese bagel for $9.62. When I received it, my mouth was watering and I couldn't wait to eat it. However, upon opening the wrapper, I was shocked to find hardly any meat in it. I approached the counter and showed someone, who informed me it only contained 2 oz of meat. Disappointed, I left without eating it, so I can't even comment on the taste.

Don’t bother using UberEats! Ordered two egg, cheese and turkey sausage (paid extra) sandwiches on Asiago bagels and received this instead!

Brooklyn Water Bagels has THE BEST BAGELS in all of Florida! And dare I say it- their bagels are on the same level as the best in NYC! There I said it and you’re welcome! So no reason to fly to New York for your bagel fix when you can get it right here in Lake Mary! We are SO lucky & thankful to have them here! They have every single type of bagel you could crave. And just to top it all off with extra “schmear” they have amazing iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches, muffins, lox, cream cheese, etc. Their service is always so friendly and top notch! Our whole family LOVES Brooklyn Water Bagel!
